RECYCLING IN HONG KONG



In Hong Kong the streets are clean, but in the periphery there are big mountains of rubbish.
This city appears well care, but its three huge landfill are full and one of them can be completely full in one or two years.
Per day comes 13000 tons of rubbish to the dump (1'3 kilos per person).
Hong Kong has a crisis of rubbish according to EDP (Enterpise Products Partners). They think to make bigger the dumps and make a .
Hong Kong Recycle, an ONG, gives reusable bags for make people separate paper, plastic, metal and glasses for recycle and the ONG collect it once a week.
Hong Kong recicles half of their residues, but the mayority of the population don't care about it because they pay more atenttion to the money.
